Birchy Hill Care Home

Birchy Hill care home provides residential, nursing and dementia care for up to 70 older people.

The home is in the New Forest, on the South Coast, where residents can regularly see deer, birds and even horses roaming the forest. It is just five miles from the seafront. Outside is an expansive garden with walkways and a sensory area. There is also a patio area where residents can sit and enjoy the views and surrounding wildlife.The brightly decorated home features various lounges and dining areas, two large conservatories and quiet places including a spiritual room and a library. Bedrooms are mostly single with some double options available for couples. Communal areas also benefit from CCTV. Residents are actively involved in choosing activities. These include a wide range of hobbies, group activities and outings, from quiz nights to boat trips. Food is freshly prepared in the kitchen with residents' preferences and dietary needs catered for. Families and friends are welcome to dine with their loved ones.

Sway Village

Sway is a small yet vibrant village nestled on the southern edge of the New Forest national park in Hampshire. Just four miles from the georgian town of Lymington and the solent coastline, its location making the village a haven for walkers, horse riders, cyclists and sailors.
